Merry Christmas

 

So I haven't put anything on the blog in a long time but I had to add this.  Maarea was not all that into putting the ornaments on the tree but when the tinsel came out she lit up.  She is so excited for Santa to come to town...2 years old, great age for Christmas...

Maarea had already taken all the shirts out and put them in  with the pants, then pulled the shirts and the pants out...of course right after I put all her clean clothes away.

This is from 2 months ago and it is amazing to see how much she has changed, she still really looks like a baby and is not saying much.  Things are definitely different now...I hope to get caught up soon.

April 2012, GiGi turned 90 and we went to the Beach! 

I loved digging in the sand

When my parents told me to look at the "waves"  I would "wave" makes sense right?

My parents woke me up super early (5am) to take me clamming with Grampa Roger.  They never wake me up so I knew this must be something...I brought my bucket of course.

And then Grampa let me drive his BIG truck on the beach!

Ok, it has taken me s a long time to \put this post up but that is because I was trying to add more cute videos...to no avail though, didn't work for me.  More photos it is!

Gigi and I had a nice breakfast together, well I ate Gigi's breakfast.

So as we were riding the luggage cart Kate was swinging back and forth yelling Yeah!  And I was holding on for dear life...very focused.
And that was the beach!!!

Finally an update!

Yes, finally an update!  Pops has been giving me a hard time because I have been 13 Months old on this Blog for 4 months now, Uncle Dee too.  So I am catching up a bit...17 MONTHS!!!

So, over the last 4 months I have really been practicing my pillow fighting skills!  Cousin Riley gave me a good lesson and I have been perfecting my moves ever since.  Although, clearly daddy is the king of pillow fighting...

Mommy had a birthday...

Gigi had a birthday, this was part one of the celebration!  90 Years young!

Cousin Colby turned 6! 

And I knew what to do right when I got on that trampouline!

I kept a sharp eye on Aunties marvelous cupcakes.  I wasn't going to let them out of my sight.  They were sooooo good.

With our English, Irish, Swedish, German, Croatian, Polish, Welsch and whatever else we have...there must be some Italian because I still absolutely love pasta and red sauce!

Easter!  I decorated Easter eggs for the first time.  Pops and Grams helped me, but really I just wanted to ride around the dining room on the caballo.

On the actual Easter Sunday we got to go to church with Granny and Bompa and I ate all of the sausage out of Bompas biscuits and gravy.  I spent most of the service organizing the pens and paper from Granny's purse.  Floor, pew, floor, pew...back and forth...

Then the Easter bunny stopped both at Baba's house and at Uncle Jeffie and Auntie MoMo's house.  And I totally got the hunting bit down too, who knew.
